Before joining Flexrock, she spent much of her career working in marketing and event planning within the orthodontics manufacturing industry. She has also completed Business Management and Administration General courses, earning certifications in both programs.

Bobbie specializes in customer engagement, marketing strategy, event coordination, and supporting the growth of performance-focused products for the off-road community. Through her work at Flexrock, she contributes to developing customer relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping enthusiasts discover reliable solutions for their UTV performance needs. One of Flexrock’s earliest product developments came from her experience with a side-by-side vehicle that had severe squeaking issues. That challenge led to designing the company’s first sway bar bushing kits, beginning a journey of creating practical performance solutions for UTV owners.

Flexrock regularly contributes to special rides and fundraising off-road events throughout the year, helping support families and community initiatives.
